We are your central point of contact for all matters concerning flexible work. We often visit your company, available 24/7 and plan, guide and motivate your flex pool. On the working floor but also outside if necessary:
- Watching how the work is going for them at the start of a new work week.
- Supervise temporary workers who are new to the industry.
- Support in finding accommodation and provide translations of documents.
No worries about laws and regulations, we make sure everything is in order and do extensive research with the agencies involved.
Possibilities
Rosa Werkt can fill out labour in a variety of ways. The advantage of this is that a suitable solution can be found for every situation. Consider the following possibilities:
- Payroll: a model intended for employees in which worked with a predetermined factor;
- Chain model: a model intended for employees where the actual cost price is the guideline for the sales rate;
- Borrow-on-lend: a model where flexible labour is the focus;
