Chain model

In this model (temporary employment contract), the actual cost price (wage bill) + agreed surcharge is invoiced weekly. This varies per week, depending on the number of hours worked, surcharges, etc. Client is in this situation risk bearer in case of illness, care leave, any transition compensation, special leave and providing for work in accordance with contract hours.

Before entering into the cooperation, an intention is expressed about the number of hours, with this number of hours comes a bonus. It is also possible to pay a bonus to the employees.

This model is especially suitable when a permanent group is linked to the company that will work for a longer period of time. Often this is a group of employees who are already known to you and with whom you as a client are very satisfied.

The employee must have their own housing and transportation.
