With this model (temporary employment contract), billing is based on a predetermined factor on the employee’s hourly wage. The use of payroll is meant to bind pearls to your company without putting them on its own payroll. This has several advantages for the company. We do not charge the surcharges 100%, for this we have established a graduated scale for each collective bargaining agreement. The rate includes salary and personnel administration, application of the collective labour agreement, absenteeism and occupational health and safety service, continued payment during illness, a possible transition compensation and advice on personnel issues. Of course, we will also assist you with issues on the work floor.
