Team leader potted plants

Job description:

You are the head of a team and are responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out and monitored accordingly. You manage your colleagues and cooperate in carrying out the various activities. You can keep an overview of the tasks that need to be done.

Job requirements:

• No 9 to 5 mentality;
• Dutch and/or English speaking;
• Experience in greenhouse horticulture;
• Managerial qualities;
• Like to work in a team
• In possession of own transport and housing.

Our client:

Our client produces Spathiphyllum and Azalea. Spathiphyllum are bred, grown and sold directly from the garden. The Azaleas are grown in collaboration with Belgian growers and pulled into bloom, after which they are packaged for sale. This is to always be able to deliver the best quality.
