Back office employee

To strengthen our friendly team, we are looking for an enthusiastic back office employee, who can also recruit new temporary workers through various channels.

Together with your colleagues, you take care of the weekly payroll administration of our temporary workers. You draw up contracts, carry out support activities such as compiling analyses, speak to employees and clients by e-mail and telephone. You are the link between applicants and our clients and take care of filling vacancies.
A satisfied customer/temporary worker is our starting point!

Communication at the office is Dutch, the candidates we work with
have different nationalities.

  • Part-time job for 24-32 hours per week
  • Temporary contract for at least 6 months, prospect of permanent employment

You are/have:

  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible
  • Can quickly switch between different tasks
  • Experience with the computer especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment methods
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language
  • Experience with Easyflex and Exact online is a plus
