Our back office speaks Dutch, German and English. By mail/app we can also communicate in other languages.
How do I receive my payslip and where can I find it?
You will receive your payslip every week by e-mail. You can also find all your payslips and annual statements via our portal.
When am I entitled to travel allowance?
With a travel distance of more than 10 km according to the ANWB route planner (shortest route) you are entitled to travel expenses. The reimbursement within the greenhouse industry is € 0.21 per kilometre.
Do I have to report sick every day?
If you are sick you should always be available for Rosa Werkt. You should indicate when you are going to work again, so we can take this into account in our planning.
Where do I report sick?
You should always report sick before the start of your shift via info@rosawerkt.nl. You also need to report sick to the client. The number of the client can be found on your placement confirmation.
Where do I submit a change in my personal data?
A change such as changing your email address or bank account should always be communicated to Rosa Werkt. You can do this by sending an email to info@rosawerkt.nl. When is the vacation money paid?
Vacation pay is paid annually in the first week of June. A choice can be made for weekly payment of vacation pay, but there are conditions attached.
How many weeks vacation can I take?
This depends on the number of vacation hours you have already accrued. In principle you cannot take more than 3 consecutive weeks of vacation. Exceptions will only be made in consultation.
How many vacation days do I still have?
You can find your accrued vacation days at the bottom of your pay slip under the heading Rights. Here you can find the accrual of vacations, vacation pay and time for time. Under Balance hours you can find the hours you can still take.
